Black History Month at Teachable 2023
Teachable is on a mission to democratize who gets to teach. And we’re giving our Black creators the microphone to share why they decided to start teaching, why they’re committed to getting their voice and expertise out there, and how they’re disrupting their industries.
The 2023 Black History Month theme is Black Resistance. And we’ll be highlighting it all month long with features from Black creators in their own words. Check out the blog, our Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to catch the latest content. And don’t forget to sign up for our weekly newsletter for curated content.
You can also check out other blogs and interviews we’ve done with Black creators in the past. Last year we spoke with Carlynn Greene about how she helps make education more accessible by coaching people to get scholarships. And we talked to Carlene Woods about her experience as a Black entrepreneur. And creator Kimberly Joyful shared her journey to becoming a successful creator.

This month we’ll feature creators across all our social media platforms and the blog. Get to know some of them ahead of time by checking out their schools and keep an eye out for them across our channels!

Dr. Samori Camara of Kamali Academy
